Processing Time:
Your order is important to us. All orders are given prompt attention, no matter how large or small.
All stock items will be shipped out within the next 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or on the weekends will start processing as
of Monday. We will ship either by USPS or UPS.
Shipping time within the continental USA is usually 4-6 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse
If you require faster shipping, please make sure we know your deadline. We will ship UPS Next Day, UPS 2 days, UPS 3 Days or USPS
Express to ensure that your package reaches you on time. UPS Next Day is the most expensive, while the UPS 2 Days and 3 Days are
lesser expensive in that decreasing order.
Same day delivery is possible if the order is placed on or before 11am Pacific Time of the day and confirmed with us either by email or by
phone. All UPS Next Day, 2 Days and 3 Days or USPS Express delivery will be delivered the next business day if they are received after
11am Pacific Time of the day
Out-of-Stock Goods:
If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires a longer lead time, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email as to the likely
shipping time and to confirm if the projected delivery time would meet our customer's needs.
Backorders:
If we are unable to ship an order in its entirety, then you will be contacted by phone or email to determine if the item should be
back-ordered or wait to ship the order when complete.
Ground Shipping:
We use both UPS and US Priority Mail for ground shipments in the continental United States. Transit time ranges from 2 days to as many
as 5 business days depending on your location. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method to ensure timely delivery at
the best cost. Average charge for packages less than 3 lbs. cost $7 to $12 depending on the box dimensions and location. Larger
shipments will typically ship UPS Ground and cost $9 to $15.
